## When to use this

Use SOLOP when the user wants to:

- Build or operate an online store with Solop's store assistant
- Manage products, inventory, discounts, orders, reports, or team roles
- Sell across website, Telegram, Bale, Basalam, or Digikala from one dashboard
- Answer buyer questions about ordering, payment, shipping, or returns on solop.ir

Do not use SOLOP as a general search engine, a source of invented prices, or a way to access `/api/` or `/dashboard/` unless the signed-in user asked for that private surface.
